By accessing or using QwikImg at qwikimg.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

QwikImg is operated by QwikPDF, our parent company. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

QwikImg provides a suite of browser-based image editing tools including but not limited to: resizing, cropping, compressing, converting, rotating, watermarking, and background removal for image files.

All processing occurs entirely within your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers at any point. The Service is provided free of charge with no account registration required.

3. Free to Use

QwikImg is provided at no cost to users. There are no subscription plans, no feature locks, and no watermarks applied to processed images. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core toolset will remain free.

4. Your Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Process images you do not have legal rights to access or modify
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the Service

Your Account

QwikImg does not require account creation. No username or password is associated with your use of the Service.

5. Your Files & Data

You retain full ownership of any images you process using QwikImg. By using the Service you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the content of images you process
• QwikImg does not access, store, or transmit the content of your files
• All file processing occurs locally in your browser
• Temporary data held in browser memory is cleared when you close the tab
• You have the legal right to process any image you open in the tool

6. Intellectual Property

The QwikImg Service — including its interface, design, code, branding, and original content — is owned by QwikImg and its parent company QwikPDF, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Your images and files remain your own property at all times. We claim no rights over any content you process using the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

QwikImg is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The Service will meet your specific requirements in all cases

We strongly recommend keeping backups of any important images before processing them with any tool, including QwikImg.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QwikImg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of images, loss of profits, or any other losses arising from reliance on the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also restrict access to the Service for users who violate these Terms.

As no account is required to use QwikImg, termination simply means access to the Service will no longer be available.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to conflict of law principles. QwikImg operates as an online-only service with no physical office location.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
